A Sutton County Cave

Feb, 2008

A large bat roost above one of the large formations with the entrance on the right side.

Jean and a rim vent in the big room.

Once you begin traveling deeper in the cave the passage becomes nicely sculpted with a sludgy guano/mud floor and very mazy.

This is a long passage where a good portion of the bats roost, here are a few pretties in the midst of the guano mess.

More sculpted passages in the area.

The main route to the northeast with several levels all interconnecting.

Deeper into the cave you get into another maze and this passage is plugged with formations and flow stone.
